At the center of Sumadija, in the heart of sunny Serbia, painted with all colors of light green, dark green, to blue of plums; from yellow as a quince to the red cardinal, which bathes in sweet juices of grapes and various fruits that is grown right here. On all four sides of the world as long as the eye can see, there is the endless vistas of hills and gentle hills adorned with rich gifts of nature. The road to "Aleksandar Wellness Center" leading from Belgrade via Mladenovac to Orasc, than turn right at Memorial School dedicated to the First Serbian Uprising, which was built and endowed to Serbian people by King Aleksandar and monument of Karadjordje, and at a distance of about 800m is villa. The building is located at park environment, on area of about 4 ha, which is enhanced with a fountain and rose gardens to sit in the hot summer days, as well as with decorative wells with cold drinking water. Paths for access are customized to the guests and lead through flower alleys, clusters of ornamental shrubs, deciduous and coniferous trees. Accommodation includes 20 units and 4 small villa-bungalows. The complex exudes with comfort and it is perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday. Guests have access to single, double and triple bedrooms, living room, conference room, ethnic restaurants Vajat, outdoor pools and unlimited enjoyment of the fresh air. Restaurant Vajat has a capacity of 150 seats and the menu is based on local cuisine. Food preparation is done in the most modern kitchen under the supervision of a nutritionist, and in summer days on the large terrace guests are served by professional staff. For relaxation and rest in parterre, which is connected to the garden, is scheduled staying during day that leans to the entrance hall and restaurant. At the restaurant Vajat you can organize celebrations, weddings, and various other celebrations. In addition, guests are offered a service vehicle, summer terrace, buffet (breakfast), lunch (a la carte) and half and full board. There is a possibility of organizing trip. Conference hall is equipped with A/V equipment, projector, screen, flip chart, whiteboard machine, tables and chairs with capacity of 40 people. Hall has a terrace where can be organized refreshments during breaks. Also, in the spirit of our traditions and customs, a church wedding can be organized in area of compčex of Villa Aleksandar, in the St. Joanikie church. An ideal place for special moments and important day. Villa offer a wedding at the pool (more information at the front desk). The building is built of modern materials, the internal processing of the deluxe category. All installations are autonomous: plant, substation, drinking water well depth of 230m, so that the facility can be operated independently of the city's utilities. The are also the most modern installations including conditioning and direct telephone line and the telephone switchboard.

ATRAKCIJE

Djordje, villa of King Aleksandar I Karadjordjevic, villa of Queen Marija, hotel Karadjordje, house of King Petar and all objects are protected and are authentic.
