About the facility

Talimat grill has a tradition of 100 years. Way back in 1912. Trajko Mihajlovic called Talimat, opened the cafe named Kosovo in Vranjska Spa. During the First World War, beside the tavern, he opened also a butcher shop and kitchen. Trajko was making barbecue and meat with a special recipe, which was later passed on to his son. Without changing a single recipe storage facilities, Sava son Slobodan Mihajlovic, known as Boban Talimat, took over the business from his father in Vranje. Until the 2004th years, the tradition has been passed on from father to son. Boban Talimat has three daughters, and the 2004th the unique recipe was handed his sons in law, who maintain the grill and the same recipe in the same place as their father in law. Exactly 100 years after being founded Talimat in Vranje, the tradition continues in Belgrade. In July 2012th we opened the first store Talimat in Belgrade, Pozeska no. 20 at Banovo brdo.
