About the facility

Arrival and stay in the tavern "Pike" in some way belongs to adventure tourism. It is located in a special nature reserve "Upper Danube", on Monoshtorska Danube stream that spreads along the old course of the Danube, surrounded by centuries-old oak trees. Tavern offers the possibility to prepare food, primarily - cooking fish stew and fry the fish on the grill. Carda host can prepare fish in these two ways, and guests are required to hunt or buy fish. Drink prices are symbolic. While the fish is cooked or fried, patient visitors can listen to the stories of fishing veterans. About 1.3 miles down the canal Monoshtorski Dunavac, at the confluence of channel Sarkanj, is hunting lodge Kazuk, former Tito's villa. There can also be reached by boat, in agreement with the fishermen or the staff at the Carda.
