About the facility
Hotel "Vojvodina" is the oldest hotel in Novi Sad, built in 1854 and located in center of the city. During its 150 years long history it has always been the center of culture, entertainment and political life of the town. Originally known as “Carice Jelisavete” hotel, its name was changed two more times. First to “Kraljica Marija” by name of wife of Yugoslav King Aleksandar Karađorđević, and then in 1945 after the Second world war the hotel got current name. Since it was built the hotel didn’t change its original look and it hosted many travelers and famous people such as Laza Kostić, Miloš Crnjanski, Lajoš Zilahi, duke Marko Miljanov and prince Tomislav Karađorđević. Hotel has 61 rooms with 98 beds. There are two appartments, seven rooms with twin-size beds, 24 single and 28 double available. The hotel also has TV room with 15 seats and parking for hotel guests. The restaurant with traditional cuisine has two halls, the big one - 120 seats, and the hunter's hall - 50 seats. We also organize meetings, seminars, celebrations, weddings and there is a special offer of very large family lunch. A breakfast buffet is available for groups of a minimum of 20 guests.

Hotel "Vojvodina" is located in the heart of Novi Sad and it is one of four landmarks in the Liberty square. Also three are 76 m high Roman Cathedral from the year 1895, City hall building and the highest monument in the city, the statue of Svetozar Miletić (high 5m). It is only 2 km away from the Novi Sad fair, train and the bus station. The National theatre of Serbia, art gallery and the library of Matica Srpska, the museum of Vojvodina, the Novi Sad cultural center, the Sinagogue and other city landmarks are close by. Airport "Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade is 75 km away from hotel Vojvodina. Hotel Vojvodina is situated in pedestrian zone.
