Household is located in the village Maslesevo, at the foot of the mountain Rudnik. House in the rustic style, with the yard of 1ha, is for kilometers far away from nearest houses which guarantees for an absolute quietness and rest in authentic environment. Access and transport connections are good. Household offers 6 rooms (total of 15 beds), separate entrance, living room, kitchen with the dining room, as well as 2 joint bathrooms. House also has 2 dining rooms, one for conventional nutrition and second one for tasting and consuming of truffles, the most expensive mushroom in the world. There is also a special house room in basement, equipped in authentic ethno style for presentations, trainings and seminaries. Guests have the option of using the full board service and possibility of food preparation with extended assortment. The yard is spacious and beautiful and it has a large outdoor pool and a small outdoor pool for children; grass tennis court (tennis court area is also used as a volleyball court and mini-soccer court); outdoor court for bowling; tables for table tennis; space with targets for shooting with bow and arrow. Family of Catic has a hazelnut plantation on 6 hectares, refined with truffles, amd they also own litter of truffle dogs Lagotto Romagnolo. Vicinity of several monasteries provides the possibility of organizing excursions with transport.
