Kalispera restaurant is open in March 2010. Kalispera is a Greek word that means goodbye and good morning and good night! Each guest is always welcome. Kalispera! The restaurant is built on family culinary heritage of the two founders. George Papanicolaou comes from Pele, the region of Thessaloniki. Panagiotis Vrionis comes from the island of Corfu. Both pride themselves on a tradition of hospitality and original recipes that were passed on to their families from generation to generation. Services in Serbian, Greek and English. Serbs and Greeks enjoy the food and the ambiance has to be appropriate, with the atmosphere. Kalispera has them all. If you want to be reminded of summer spent on the Aegean and Ionian coasts, Kalispera will offer the same ambiance and culinary experience. The emphasis is on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine but the restaurant also offers all meals Serbian and international provenance.
